Privacy
This is a plain summary of what we hold and where it sits. It is not a substitute for the written agreement we sign with a customer, and where the two differ the agreement is what binds us.
This website
It sets one cookie, which remembers the language you are reading in and holds nothing else. There is no advertising tracker, no session recording and no profile of you. Vercel collects anonymous page-speed measurements so we can tell when the site is slow; those measurements are not tied to a person. We do not know who you are unless you message us.
If you message us
You reach a WhatsApp number and an email address that a person reads. We keep what you send so we can answer you, and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will.
If you become a customer
Your database sits in Singapore, on Supabase. Your dashboard runs on Vercel, also in Singapore. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. No advertising tracker goes anywhere near your customers’ messages. The system is designed around Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
How long we keep it
We have not published a fixed retention schedule, and we would rather say that than invent one. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what we hold for you and for how long — before you commit to anything, not after.
Getting it back, or getting it deleted
You can ask us to export or delete all of it whenever you want. Email hello@aetherion.id and a person answers. There is no form and no ticket queue.
